AL.FESTIVAL
AL.FESTIVAL is an annual music festival that celebrates South West Asian & North African Contemporary Pop & Alternative Music in Berlin, with the city’s extensive and unique SWANA Region Diaspora.
AL.FESTIVAL is blessed with a strong core of politically progressive SWANA Region Diaspora community, highly dense with artists and art lovers and acclaimed progressive community influential activist figures in culture, art, and politics.

Our aim isn’t to control but to cultivate an environment where everyone feels secure. This responsibility falls on all of us; let’s show respect for one another.We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards racism, sexism, queer and trans hostility, classism, antisemitism, Muslim hostility, anti-Palestinian hostility, ableism, and any other form of discrimination.

AL.BERLIN PRESENT
/AL\Berlin has been active as a collective since February 2019. During 2019 it produced more than 10 music and art events, providing a stage for more than 28 acts, and hosting more than 1800 attendees. It all started with AL.Festival.2019, produced by /AL\Berlin, and funded by Music Board Berlin, a remarkable gathering around representative music of the Arab Spring Revolutions.
